CURIOUS MATTER X MATT WHILEY

Science-meets-sensation in a new collaboration between Matt Whiley and Curious. Exploring the fundamental states of matter: solid, liquid, gas, and vapour plus a fifth: "curiosity". These are expressed through multisensory experiences, theatrical service rituals, and unexpected ingredient transformations.

The drinks aren't just inspired by chemical elements; they embody them—think nitrogen-churned ice cream, sodium-stabilised airs, and explosive garnishes. Paired with wild native Victorian ingredients and cutting-edge techniques, this is mixology at a molecular level. Matt Whiley's signature is unmistakable throughout: inventive, immersive, and deliciously disruptive.

A three-course flavour flight awaits, with cherries reimagined across an entrée, main, and dessert cocktail. Paired with our signature guac and chips, it is the perfect summer escape.

Kick off the weekend with 70s–80s disco at Curious. A mix of upbeat classics and feel good favourites, curated for easy drinks and late night energy. Join us from 7:30pm – 1am.

SATURDAYS | 90s–00s NOSTALGIA

Ease into the night with a soundtrack of 90s–00s nostalgia. Smooth beats, familiar favourites, and a little wink to the past set the perfect backdrop for cocktails and conversation. Kicking off at 7:30pm, through to 1am.
